About Us Situated in the heart of Falkirk, right next to Central Retail Park, Falkirk Sony Centre has been a fixture in the town for more than a decade. The shop has earned a reputation for delivering excellent customer service and for always being prepared to go the extra mile for our customers.

We carry an extensive range of Sony consumer electronic products at competitive prices supplemented by third party accessories such as TV furniture, wall mount brackets and cables. We offer an end-to-end solution, not just selling products but installing and maintaining them too. You will never be asked to phone a manufacturer for assistance; we'll do it for you.

If you are having difficulty with any Sony device, please feel free to make an appointment for an in store consultation. This service is provided free of charge where the item has been purchased from us and for a modest fee if you have purchased elsewhere. Where a repair is required, inside or outside of warranty, we will handle the process for you.

If your item is too bulky or awkward to bring in store - one of our technicians will be happy to visit you in home, for a small charge.

We offer all kinds on on-site, in-store and over the phone tuition for all of the latest technological innovations you can buy. From a simple 10minute session on how to connect your tablet to WiFi, to a full tour of how to integrate your TV, Smartphone, Camera, Hi-Fi and Laptop via your home network - we can help!

In-store, this service is provided free of charge for single sessions of up to 20 minutes with every purchase. We also make this service available to those purchasing products elsewhere for a small charge. In-home services will also carry a small fee.

TV Wall Mounting Serivce in Falkirk We can wall mount any suitable television in the room of your choice, concealing any cables to create the best possible finish. We will normally conduct a survey first to agree on positioning, cable routing and any infrastructure requirements. Each project is priced individually depending on the time and materials required.

Standard Installation We can deliver and install any of the televisions, audio systems or IT products that we supply. This can usually be completed for a fixed fee although more complex projects are likely to require a free survey before we start work. Our prices include a demonstration of all equipment, removal of all packaging and recycling of old equipment (if required).
