You see Peter takes no responsibility for any of the problems these sub contracted workers cause. He didnt even know the two site managers that worked on our property. It doesnt matter how many times you stress to him that these people are representing ALPHA BC, these people were sent to work on our property by him, he just doesnt get it. He has a defensive attitude, accepts no responsibility and deflects all problems as if he isnt involved in the slightest. It is an abomination that Peter Vanicek and ALPHA BC continue to trade at all. Obviously I am taking these issues to the highest level and I will not stop until Peter pays me the money he owes me. Suffice to say, dont employ this man. Dont go anywhere near him. He is a disaster. He is a disgrace.
Alpha BC DISGRACE CONTINUED.
We spent over three months in various hotels. We spent thousands on that accommodation. 5 months later we still dont have a hot shower. Alpha bc is not a company, it is one man with the phone numbers of eastern european workers. None of whom spoke any English, all were deficient in the requisite skills you would expect, at least two were not registered to work in the U.K, they were all bad mannered and unhelpful. The first site manager was sacked after five weeks of inactivity. Peter called him a gangster. The second was a Romanian person with NOT ONE word of English. Peter was of the option this man had "mental health issues". We had to stand over these workers every second of every day to make sure they caused no further issues. Communicating with people who had zero English on such delicate matters was as anxiety spiking as you can possibly imagine

Employing Peter Vanicek and Alpha BC was one of the worst mistakes of our lives. As I write this, emergency plumbers are fixing the catastrophe of a job ALPHA BC did, at great expense to ourselves. Leaking pipes from our bathroom are threatening to cause the downstairs neighbours ceiling to collapse. Peter is in hiding, he wont answer my calls or my emails. He has completely shirked all responsibility. Dont be fooled by the promises he makes on his website, this man is a con artist, a crook and a charlatan. He isnt in any union. The list of crimes ALPHA BC committed against our property are too long to list here. They include cutting our sky TV cable for some unknown reason, a disastrous tiling job where dangerous edges were not completed properly. Door frames cobbled together with the wrong wood, skirting boards badly fitted. We have had to re seal the bath. I could go on and on. Peter told us the job would be finished in 12 daysand we would maybe be out of our flat for a night or two
