In response to the outbreak, the UK adopted a state of 'lockdown' on the 23rd March for a provisional 3 week period. This is expected to be extended to anything up to 12 weeks, and potentially into the Summer months.

"Great tenant"
"Great tenant support - was with them for two years as a student and they treated us respectfully and like adults (which is often not the case in a student-letting agent relationship). Always responsive to emails and quick, efficient sorting of maintenance requirements. Only negative I can recall was not getting full deposit returned at the end of the lease - this was a small contention to do with repainting walls (that we as tenants argued would be happening for the next tenants regardless and disputed paying for it as exiting residents). Would highly recommend."
