Maru/Syngro are a customer intelligence organisation with a team of dedicated and committed individuals who have a passion about enabling businesses to place customers at the heart of everything they do. Maru/Syngro provide world-leading customer experience reporting, analytics and performance management software which aims to empower enterprises with the customer insight they need to grow, retain customers and drive profitable action.
At Maru/Syngro, we extend beyond our customer experience software by offering additional consulting, training and support services.
Why We Do It
Founded in 2004, Maru/Syngro began as a customer experience consultancy helping organisations of all sizes implement and roll-out effective customer experience programmes.
In 2006, we began developing the technology ourselves to help organisations be more customer-focused. Two years later, Maru/Syngro rolled out our first 'Voice of the Customer' system. In addition to a technological solution, we offered educational support to help organisations worldwide adopt a customer-centric process to transform their businesses. We were one of the early pioneers that advocated this view of business and encourages genuine customer-centricity.
