"Excellent and very enjoyable family friendly lunch."

"We visited Linlithgow during the easter weekend and chose the bar for some lunch. We we were very impressed and the staff were very attentive to all our needs, nothing was a hassle. The food was very good and my young son enjoyed his homemade chicken gougouns and chips. Would definately go bak as the staff and food were great."

"Fantastic!"

"Recently visited with a group of girlfriends after shunning this establishment for several years. Can't believe the transformation made by the recent takeover. Graeme and his staff were at our beck and call, cannot fault the service and food was delicious. Can't wait to take more of my friends to this rejuvenated gem of a place!"

"Well worth a visit!"

"I visited the recently refurbished Auld Hole in the Wall for lunch with friends and I was not disappointed. The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient and the food was fresh, extremely tasty and reasonably priced. Their children's menu is also very good value. The pub is ideally situated near Linlithgow's Cross, Palace and Peel and if you just fancy a coffee give it a go. It too is very good! It is so heartening to see an old established Linlithgow pub being given a tasteful refurbishment. Try it - you won't regret it!"

"Outstanding!"

"From the minute you enter the door whether familiar or not the staff are pleased to see you and make you feel immediately welcome. Service is clearly the most important factor and the staff are willing to go that extra mile for any food or drink requests. Food is excellent and very good value for money. Definitely a place to visit while in Linlithgow!"
